Shipping Policy:

Delivery time to anywhere in Brazil varies from 1 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation.

Please note that we provide the tracking code for all products ordered with the shipping option with tracking code when selecting shipping. If tracking does not work on our website, tracking can be done directly from the post office website using the link below:

Tracking codes take 2 to 8 business days to be forwarded from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We will refund the amount for purchases made that are lost or that are made more than 75 days after payment confirmation.

The time frame varies according to the agility of the Post Office and customs, but it usually takes between 1 and 4 weeks on average. The final delivery time is up to 5 weeks.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers. If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase FULL immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be made to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to collect the order from a post office near your address. Storage fees will be charged if the order is not collected within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.

CUSTOMS TAXATION
All products are shipped from abroad and are subject to customs taxation upon receipt. The amount of the tariffs is 60% of the purchase value, so if the amount charged is higher than this, please contact us so we can explain how to appeal with the post office.
